When the leadership team needs to get out of the office

A leadership retreat brings the team that makes the decisions together, away from the day to day, to align on the goal, solve what doesn't get solved at the office and come back with a plan. Andrea Cardona has facilitated retreats for leadership teams in Guatemala, Costa Rica and Mexico.

The method is an expedition's: a shared goal, a plan with milestones and a team where everyone knows their role. Andrea works on it on stage, in workshops with the leaders and on the mountain, where the team lives it instead of hearing about it.

If the retreat includes a mountain experience, Andrea's coaches take notes and photos during the challenges, and the company then receives a report with conclusions and recommendations.
