Keynotes for women
Women's leadership from the top of the world
Andrea Cardona was the first Central American woman to reach the summit of Everest. Today she brings that story to women's teams, sales networks and women's leadership programs across Latin America and the United States.

A speaker who talks about what she lived
Andrea grew up with asthma and a fear of heights. In 2010 she reached the summit of Everest, and in 2012 she became the first Latin American person to complete the Explorers Grand Slam: the highest mountain on every continent plus the North and South Poles.
She did it in high-altitude mountaineering, a world where women are still a minority. There she learned to earn her place on the team, to decide while afraid and to ask for help without letting go of the goal. That is what she means by women's leadership: what works at 8,000 meters, and in a boardroom too.
It is the keynote Andrea enjoys giving most. Companies from every industry book her, and very often for all-women audiences, such as the direct-sales networks of companies like Avon, which are among her favorite crowds.

Does Andrea only speak to women?
No. Andrea speaks to every kind of audience. The women's leadership keynote is designed for women's groups, women's leadership programs, direct-sales networks and International Women's Day events, and its message also works with mixed audiences.
Can it be tailored to my company's goal?
Yes. Before the event, Andrea's team talks with you about the goal, the audience and the challenges of the moment, and the keynote is built around them.
What makes Andrea different from other motivational speakers?
She speaks from what she lived: she is the first Central American woman to summit Everest and the first Latin American person to complete the Explorers Grand Slam. And the keynote doesn't end with the applause: every attendee leaves with her goal written down, and the company can follow up with a team building or a year-round wellness program.
How long is the keynote?
One hour, usually. If an experiential activity or a Q&A is added, the block grows to fit the event's schedule.
Does Andrea speak in English?
Yes. Andrea gives her keynotes in Spanish or in English, depending on the audience.
Which countries does she speak in?
Andrea lives in Guatemala and speaks across Central America, Mexico, South America (Brazil, Peru and Paraguay), the United States and Greece, in person or virtually.
