What the mountain teaches about starting again
Andrea grew up with asthma and a fear of heights. Even so, in 2010 she reached the summit of Everest and in 2012 completed the Explorers Grand Slam: the highest mountain on every continent and both Poles. On the mountain, the weather, the body and the circumstances change every day, and the goal has to hold anyway.
That is what she brings to companies. Resilience isn't enduring more or pretending nothing happened. It's recovering faster: after a bad quarter, a restructuring or a loss, and continuing to climb as a team.
The keynote blends Andrea's story with tools the team can use the following Monday. If the company wants to measure the change, Cumbre 360 trains and measures the team's resilience all year.

What is a resilience keynote?
A talk that helps a team learn to recover faster from setbacks: a bad quarter, a big change or a loss. Andrea's uses her Everest and polar expeditions as the example, with tools the team can apply at work.
When does a resilience keynote make sense?
After a hard year, before or during a restructuring or merger, when the year's goal looks very high or when the team is tired and needs to get its rhythm back.
How long is it?
One hour, usually. If an experiential activity or a Q&A is added, the block grows to fit the event's schedule.
In person or virtual?
Both. In person across Central America, Mexico, South America (Brazil, Peru and Paraguay), the United States and Greece; the virtual one streams live from a professional studio.
Can the effect on the team be measured?
A keynote on its own inspires, but isn't measured. With Cumbre 360, the team's resilience is measured on the BRS scale at the start, mid-year and close, and leadership receives a report with the difference.
